24-Hour cancellation notification
Please give me a 24 hour notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your session. I completely understand that sometimes things happen that we cannot forsee, I just ask that you give me enough time to make appropriate schedule arrangements. Canceling an existing appointment the day of your scheduled massage will result in a $30 cancellation fee.
No Show
Sometimes we all forget about appointments. It’s okay, I will not get angry, though without a phone call I am left wondering where you are and if you are coming. I usually try to give you a reminder call the day before, however, there are days when I will not be able to do that. Clients who miss an appointment all together will be billed the full amount of the session.
Being late
Some days are busier than others. If I have a scheduled appointment for the hour following yours, then it is impossible to give you the full amount of table time. Depending on the circumstances, clients who are late have two options: you can pay the $30 cancellation fee and reschedule the appointment, or you can get on the table for your remaining time and the cost of the massage will be pro-rated. It never hurts to give me a call when you think you might be late. Maybe a later hour in the day will alleviate the need to rush around and you can get every scrumptious minute of your deserved massage.

I hope that every single gift certificate you have given as a thoughtful gift will be redeemed and loved by the lucky recipient. Each regular gift certificate is marked valid for a full year from the date of issue. Please make sure to use them within 365 days.
Gift certificates and package deals are
non-refundable but are transferable. If it’s not your dish, then pass it along. I’d love to see somebody use it.
